New Skaro sets 1/?

Clippings of New Skaro behavior and activity, mostly to illustrate their higher agency from their predecessors, as well as the biological processes that they don't experience. At some point, I should get to the similarities, but New Skarosean Daleks stand very much apart from any other, especially the space-faring Daleks. Like the original Daleks, they are planet bound, and thus must adapt to a life less "conquer all the things!" and more "Gotta hide, Time War will get me!"

Because they're bound to a community carved out on the inside of a cliff, there's a much higher need for social bonds and interaction, with the intention of literally getting back on their feet and returning to Kaled form (or as close as they can possibly get). This means a lot of genetic variety, and because they've finally managed to spend a lot of time outside their casings...it's a party. 

I accidentally unfolded the two primary reproduction methods on New Skaro, depending on the generation. The gossiping pair are holding gestation sacs, which are pretty external wombs built up by...muck, I guess, I never totally figured it out. Gestation sacs are coming to the end of their glory days, and being overtaken by "traditional" gestation, which has come far earlier than genetic scientists were intending, but they're letting it slide.
